Snap Fitness Staff Review from Cary, North Carolina
I was so eager to find a 24/7 gym near my home, after trying to reach their non existent costumer service, on my way home one day I decided to stop by and hopefully to speak with a living person, their staff work regular business hours Monday thru Friday for 9 to 6 I believe, and I work from 7.45 to 6.30 and traveling so to get a hold of someone was a hassle to say the least!!! Long story short, they offered me a 7 day pass that I wasn't even able to use since that by the time I got to the location, there was no staff and in order to use the pass someone would have had to be there, so I decided to go online and perhaps purchase the 30 day trial so they can send me a card (pass) to enter the gym without having to track their staff down, as I entered my email address to purchase the 30 day trial, it rejected my payment sayin that I had already been given a pass!!!
Which I did NOT! Trying to get a hold of their corporate or staff to get a resolution was like pulling teeth, no one took the initiative to comprehend or do anything about it!
OVER IT, on to the next one, I wouldn't recommend going to a room full of 7 machines if that, and having to go thru all that for nothing. Ridiculous!
