1. front desk personel are rude as ***.

2. if you do serious training, do not go to snap. they do not have olympic style bench to do presses at.

no incline bench, no decline bench. you should just go to planet shitness if you are going to go to

snap.

3. powerlifters need not apply! the people at snap are more concerned about their workout outfits

than lifting.

4. the place is too *** clean!!!! i want chalk on the floor, plates scattered on the ground, dumbbells

been thrown down, and a putrid smell of sweat when i lift. i don't think your aloud to sweat at snap.

5. i go to the gym to lift. not to *** for a hour between sets, not to use the *** *** eliptical, or

row a fake *** boat! i bust my *** in the gym and i'm not there for a medal. so when snap

offers yoga, and *** *** classes, you know your in the wrong place, bail the *** out!

Not sure what Snap you went to but the 2 that I use regularly have people sweating, lifting, grunting, incline bench, trainers that are extremely helpful and constantly finding new ways to improve the experience for their gym members.

Sorry I would have to disagree - you just need the three Ds to get into shape: Discipline, Dumbbells and Diet. Too many injuries to the shoulder from Olympic bar bell benching.

You can control the dumbbells and not get locked into a position to hurt yourself. I have memberships at NY Sports Club, Snap, Crunch and Ballys (formerly Jack LaLannes and get my best workout at Snap.

After 2 months - lost 26 lbs, 3 1/2 inches off waist and in the best shape ever (32 waist - 46 chest - no body fat.

The Snap Fitness I go to has db 5lbs up to 105lbs. I do consider this low still and wished to have slightly higher but I'm good for now.

I can throw weights down, scream, and be about my workout and never had a problem. Some snaps have power racks, benches and other equipment and some don't. I've been to many different Snaps and there usually different.

So I have to disagree with your statement. It's not the best gym out there but clearly better than palnet fitness and anytime fitness.

I just joined a snap fitness not because it's exactly what I want, but it better then planet fitness and anytime fitness. Planet fitness doesn't even have squat rack or a bench press here, but snap does.

Planet also only goes up to 75lb dumbbells while snaps go up to 100lbs.... Anytime db's also only go up to 75... I dunno about you but that is light. My old gym went up to 130lbs and that was still starting to get on the small side.

Anyways no idea what snap fitness you're qqing about, but its far better then Planet and little bit better then anytime fitness. Planet fitness is pathetic.
