I am a member of SNAP fitness in Warwick NY.The owners opened a nice facility.

The premise of the 24/7 is nice, however that leads to many problems. There is no management at the facility to maintain the facility. The bathrooms are diry, they are constantly out of paper towels to wipe down the machines after you use them. 7 of the 13 spinning bikes are broken.

Only two cleaning bottles to wipe down the machines. Clients have continually asked for more cleaning bottles and garbage pails.

This has not happened.At first I thought it was just start up issues but now I know the owners JUST DONT CARE.

This person wrote the review because of poor customer service at Snap Fitness. Reviewer claimed that he or she wants Snap Fitness to offer any options to resolve the issue.

The most disappointing in user's experience was inattentive staff, dirty bathrooms and no supplies for cleaning machines. If you have a chance, please contact him/ her to briefly discuss his/ her negative experience with the company.
