Snap Fitness - I told one thing, and then told another.
Ridiculous customer service. I was told that I could put my account on hold no problem. Because of confusion on Holly Ridge snap fitness’s management. My account was never put on hold and I was charged an additional month. Now I’m being told I need to backpay and the best they can do is knock three months off.
