Card not working
Help me please cancell my membership
My husband and I signed up at the snap fitness in Zachary Louisiana earlier this year. The tried and tried to sign up in New Roads, louisiana but could never get in touch with anyone ever.
So we signed up in Zachary.. however used the New Roads location. Early in May 2020 I began once again trying to contact New Roads Snap to cancell... (this was when they were closed for the Corona Virus) However I still left message after message in attempt to cancell because we were moving out of state where there isnt a snap fitness close enough to be convenient.
I never received a response. In early june I began trying to call and email the zachary location.. which I later found out is closed permantely. Although they did contact me back and said they no longer had access to the system.
So ... snap continues to charge my card...
I have had no choice to dispute these charges.....

My facility does not answer their phone
Used 2patronize Snap Fitness in Zachary, La. They closed for good after the pandemic.
I contacted Snap Fitness in New Roads, La.about continuing my workout regimen over there. Management told me over the phone that my contract with Snap would automatically transfer. I just have 2swipe my access card since I never terminated my contract. I worked out at this location 3times over a 2week period.
On the 4th visit and 5th visit my access card had been deactivated. Other members were still able 2access and enter. 1member let me in so I could speak 2d manager. He was there.
Before and after this visit I had made several phone calls and left voice messages each time, probably for the last 2weeks. No answer or no call back everytime. My Snap Fitness in Zachary had a more diverse clientele. The 1 in New Roads appears 2b predominantly white.
I'm beginning 2think my access card was deactivated due 2racial motives. Since I never terminated my contract or since management hasn't responded 2my requests for explanation or made not a single effort in 2weeks 2respond back or address my concerns what other conclusion can I draw?
I have tried hard 2give the benefit of the doubt without inputting race into the equation. So I guess I will be seeking legal representation in this manner, unfortunately...

Never publish personal information to an open internet website. My daughter worked for SNAP at another location and has advised that you must cancel in writing.
