I started my membership towards the beginning of April.Over time I have gone to the gym less and less due to family reasons and financially.
My account was charged $43 a month, until this month which was charged $63. When asking the manager why, I was told it was because of a $20 late fee. Which was not on my part because I had gone 2 days before my card was supposed to be charge to change the card information. This was not on my part.
Then when I ask to end my membership they tell me I'm still going to be charged for September because I was supposed to give a 30 notice? I was never told when making the membership I would have to give a 30 day notice.
I asked for a refund but I doubt I will get it.Not impressed with your staff or prices Snap Fitness!!
