Snap Fitness - Service Sucks!
Day#1
I'm interested in a membership as it is close to where I live in Warren, PA. See sign on door indicates Manager on-duty till 7:00pm. I rush from work and get there at 6:30pm. Knock on door and no one lets me in. Stand outside freezing my butt off for 10-minutes and call them on the phone > goes to voicemail and I ask them to call me back.
Day #2
I call back mid morning and leave another message > receive no call back. Later that afternoon I call again and for the third time explain that I wish to join and would like to speak with them > receive no call back.
Day #3
I call and leave another message - again no call back.
Day #4
Called and manager answers and I explain I have been leaving messages and click. I'm hung on. I call back and she says that she didn't hear anyone and that if I wanted to join I would have to make an appointment. I ask her why my calls were not returned and she blames a snow day. Are you for real, you can't figure out how to access your voice mail remotely! I am going to renew my Y membership.
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.
Snap Fitness Pros: Looks like a nice facility.

I Tried to call and stop by the Plum location. No answer.
No membership fees posted on line. Just try for a free 30 days.
Planet Fitness , YMCA and Crunch Fitness look like a easier lower cost solution so far.
Seriously??? The gym was CLOSED due to SNOW!
The manager is under no obligation to "check voicemail remotely" and call you back when, once again, the business is CLOSED! Get over yourself!
