my membership card does not open door to facility. I have sent three emails with no response.
I have left two voice mails with no response, but I am still paying my membership. I have been unable to make contact with any employee at the facility. it has been ten days since I have been able to attend the facility and would really like to get back to my workout. I am very un happy with customer service.
this is very frustrating trying to resolve this issue. I would like some results as soon as possible so I can return to the gym
